Customer-Focused and Driving Sustainability

As part of our efforts to build lasting relationships, Royal Graphics helps customers stay ready by reviewing together their supplies, production, and Pre-Press needs. As a result, we regularly fill orders for Crew Stamps, Date Stamps, pullbands, and other supplies such as mounting tape.

Many of our customers include a printed Environmental Symbol Stamp on their products to show their commitment to sustainability in their converting operations. We are proud of our own recent efforts to choose eco-conscious supplies and have moved to a sustainable soft photopolymer. The product, Nyloflex Eco Fac, contains 19-20% renewable raw materials. Our customers are noticing the difference in the blue coloured plates we are now delivering. We are pleased to let them know that the plates improve sustainability and continue to be robust and durable!

Later in 2026, we will make even greater strides in sustainability when a new solvent recycler is installed. The Ciemme Solvent Distillation Unit is equipment that recovers and purifies the solvent we use in our print plate production. Recycling solvent will reduce costs, waste and energy use.
