Merging 2 Print Plate Companies into a New Royal Graphics

Royal Graphics opened the doors of their Barrie location in October 2024. At the time, it meant merging the staff, equipment and processes of two established print plate manufacturers. The merge happened with no production interruptions and saw deliveries to a customer base which had effectively doubled overnight!

Many months later, the operation continues to embrace change while developing a culture that leans on creativity and experience-based solutions to challenges. Because its first days and weeks included all the rigours of a unified new operating system, fine-tuning of equipment and real-time training of new staff, Royal Graphics can today consider itself as attuned to adversity as it is eager for progress.

The team will remain focused on growth, efficiency and quality.

Continued operations in designing, producing and repairing print plates make Royal Graphics a valued part of the supply stream for presses throughout the G.T.A. and beyond.
